Yuk. Chilli. In my case, just 1 flake as an ingredient burns my mouth & makes my lips go numb. Cayenne pepper & coriander have the same effect. They don’t introduce flavour, they swamp it with fire....in my opinion. |

I don't think I am allergic, I just agree with Tec that the heat overwhelms other flavours and detracts from them. I find the sensation of heat very uncomfortable too. |

my mother used to make it ,just egg and bacon , if the bacon was green she used to add a little salt,i add a very small pinch of dried mixed herbs.no salt. :-) |
