Well, thought Allan, if OH wants an all-action hero who's sole aim in life was to deliver a box of chocolates, so be it.

He fondly remembered the girl with the lovely bunch of coconuts.

Who knows, there could even be a bounty in getting to know her better

Unfortunately, the girl with the lovely bunch of coconuts was otherwise detained....but a Milkmaid wandered into his view.....coconut milk cow milk close enough??

Maybe Allan was really on the island of Jersey...

Outdoor he fil a ballon with all the methane from the jersey cows and escape...

Allan had been floating for quite some time when it dawned on him......what was life without OH and her copious bag or at a push without the young lady with the lovely bunch of coconuts???....neither of which were floating with him.....what to do....

... the cooing seemed quite calming, until Allan realised the pigeons were clawing at the balloon, trying to get ....

to the healthy trail mix OH had given him for a snack....pop...pop...pop...pop.....AHHHHHHH what will break his rapid descent.....

And there, in the distance, flapping his ears furiously, was DUMBO

Of course were we surprised! nope

Unfortunately, Allan is allergic to feathers and Dumbo was still at the holding a feather in his truck stage......so as Allan sneezed he told Dumbo to drop the feather into the sea....Dumbo being stubborn refused....

Allan was used to dealing with stubborn things, after all he has been married for almost forty nine years

Wow! thought Allan as visions of various prisons flashed through his brain, I must have really upset one of the occupants of my mind, possibly a female one, knowing how the sisterhood works.

Well if it was to be a prison let it be Fremantle, at least it would be an own gaol

Allan could see in the distance a row of white rocks projecting from the sea, with a lighthouse at its end...………..The Needles!

What the...…………….thought Allan. I'm at the Isle of Wight. Pretty as it is, I am a little off course. But then again the only prison here is Parkhurst.

Still I suppose I could tour the villages, sit on a packed beach or even take in the Model Village...…………...

Panic began to set in whenAllan realised he could see dinosaurs and then he heard them roaring.

Oh .... have I gone through a time warp, thought Allan.

There were cliffs of an amazing variety of colours.
People seemed to be scooping up small amounts of each and putting them in containers, then holding it up to admire.
What an odd thing to do.

There was that roar again...........WOW

The Isle of Wight was once home to a great variety of dinosaurs.
Had one somehow survived?

Allan decided to investigate

Climbing to the top of Alum Bay, Allan looked along the coast.

Thank goodness OH's capacious bag had a pair of binoculars in it, and Allan had swung them around his neck.

Indeed on the top of Culver Cliff there did indeed stand a T-Rex, with a very curvy lady next to him, looking remarkably like Raquel Welch. Complete with furry bikini....

Oh Allan shake your head a bit man it's Blackgang chine.....went there many times as a child...well the bits I went to are in the sea now :-D
As the oldest amusement park in the UK I think we've all been there....but back to Allan......
He thought he saw a small boat landing barrels....could there be smugglers still in this day and age???

Yes of course there were and they were smuggling budgies

It seems the Isle had many time zones. Prehistoric, Victorian and of course modern day. Walk from one town to another and it was like walking through the ether.

However, back to the Chines. Budgie smuggling, did one domesticise budgies in this time zone?

Putting on his thinking cap, the one with pink and white stripes, Allan wondered if he could harness the budgies to fly him home..................
