my heart goes out to the parents and siblings of this lovely little boy - they only took him out of the UK to get specific treatment which he was not receiving over here - why oh why have they been arrested |

It doesn't make sense, father states he wants proton beam therapy instead of radiation therapy. Proton beam therapy is radiation????? It is a better at directing the radiation from what I've read about it and will soon be in UK. |

Well I think they were wrong after all the police have said that it is not a crime to take him out of the hospital, it just does not make any sence to me, but I'm glad he's been found |

TThe news reports say terminal which would sound to me like theres not a lot of hope for the poor lad anyway so why the hell does it matter where he is as long as hes happy and with his mum and dad |

I think that the parents were allowed to take him off the ward. That is why he was on a "battery operated" feeder. |

I got the impression several hours (more than a couple ) passed before this situation was brought into the open. |

I have been following the various news items on this little boy, apart from the conflicting statements of the family & the authorities, I think that there was a complete break down of trust and communications between the hospital and the parents to such an extent the parents lost all confidence in the treatment their son was receiving. |

I also agree with a lot of what OFITG says but I thought that when the arrest warrant was granted (not by Hampshire Constabulary but the government solicitor- whose name escapes me :-) that Ayshe was made a Ward of Court also ? |
