Just off out on my 1st walkies of the day and I is feeling well chuffed ,weighed myself and found I had lost another 5lbs in 8 days, I`m getting there. :-D
Gonna treat myself when I get back, a little bit of Coffee flavoured ice cream and a tin of pineapple wiv a little cream on. :-D (it all in the fridge, ready for when I get back in.

You'll be pleased to know that I've found me knickers and I've got them on! Also, the northeast wind is blowing quite gently this morning!
I'm sitting having a cuppa, after taking a batch of chocolate pecan muffins out of the oven.
A hot tub, you say!, Now that smacks of swingers, I always think - we don't want to lower the tone any further (if that's possible). But Chippendales - now yer talkin'! We'll have to get Errol, GP and Budgie trained up - a sort of cut price version!
