Hi girls, just got back from my first walkies of the day, Its roasting outside and not a breath of wind
I`m saturated with sweat so I`m stripped off and about to dive into the shower.

back out the shower... it was fantastickle, first time i ever tried this, can recommend it for days like today... I just kept slowly turning the temperature down very slowly BRILLIANT!!!
When I Eventually got to the cold water setting I had to knock it up a notch, hypothermia started to kick in :-D :-D :-D :
