Ok up date on the house thingy....

Man came on Monday with his sister....they both like the house, the agents said this morning it has ticked all the boxes, but its his first time buy and abit concerned. He's away now till tomorrow evening, will get back to agents Fri am....soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo its still fingers crossed:))

Yes we have and if things work out we will have a few weeks to do the things we want, like central heating and alter the bedrooms...

Gawd the phone has'nt stopped ringing, we just put in our offer, waiting for response, l think she'll say no cause vic is abit mean....also waiting for the surveyor to call, want that done asap. This house is abit different to the everyday type so it needs alot of looking into, we have done some research and it should be ok, but the survey is v/important.

Vic reckons we need a skip for my craft room stuff...yeh right, divorce first me thinks....

Just come off the phone from agents...

Our offer has been accepted....flipping eck and the agents our sending out the package that has to be read with solicitors. So its survey report next and that wont be till end of next week.

Errol...of course you can visit, there is plenty of grass for you to nibble on and we'll make sure the shed has straw for you....hows that:))
