Victims of rape who gave evidence have said it was like the rape over again and even more harrowing since a barrister was trying to make out it never happened etc. |

Read in the Paper today that he had put the whole of his home into his wifes name (Previously 50 50) just before he pleaded guilty.Worked a Flanker there did,nt he? Not much chance of his victims getting compensation off him.Evil B To the end. :-| :-| |

Doesn't always work that way - where it is seen to be an obvious move to stop compensation being sought this has, in the past, been overruled. |
