A local school used to have a flock of gulls swoop down on to the playground after Break. It looked like an Alfred Hitchcock scene from 'The Birds' :-0 |

I may not be by the sea, but as the river I live by is tidal I had always assumed the big birds with flappy wings that I see from my window sometimes were Seagulls - but I stand corrected |

I can see the boundary wall opposite, the play school (when I opened the window this morning I was greeted with the sounds of 'sosban fach'). Further are the hills on the other side of the bay. |
