I've just been watching the news on the telly and it seems there was at least 3 opportunities to arrest him over the years and the powers that be decided against it :-(

The Man was a perverted predator . It makes me sick to my stomach how he could have been allowed to do what he did .his money bought silence .when you look at pictures of him .makes your skin crawl .he should have been brought to justice a long time ago .When DNA evidence could have caught the scum & let him rot in prison .not allow him to have access to his victims & live a good life .with his fancy homes & cars sickening Barbra
