	Hayley That was one of the best bit of being there. It didn't matter what nationality was participating everybody cheered. :-D :-D :-D :-D Everyone stood for winners as they did their lap of honour and it was just spontaneous. I just wish we could have bottled the feel good factor :-D :-D :-D :-D

	Wahooo...are'nt we doing well:)) And Ireland is on now....is this a different weight .... Boxing....yes just looked its 60kg...the Gold was 51kg. Thanks Hayley, saw it on the news yesterday in the end:) Vic is on way to Wembly for the Footie final USA V JAPAN..... he left here 10am a wiv his nite bag and ruckie sackie :)) they have two USA flags with them and will be jumping up and down like loonies:)))) Come on USA:)) xx

	Just watching the mountain bikes. It looks really scary to me :-0 :-0 OH and I have decided that we do better in events where we are able to sit down ie on a bike ,canoe, dinghy or horse ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) Bit of a generalisation I know. Take care and enjoy the last couple of days Von

	You too Von :-).... have been doing a spot of gardening with OH and nipping in every so often to watch bikes (they're soo gutsy! ....did ironing while watching the diving ....phew I'm all hot and bothered and worn out.......I should get a medal lolol Mau :-D
