Pity Ross Murray and Adam Gemili missed out but good experience for them,and also a shame Andy and Laura just lost on a play off,but won Silver.

Well, I was wrong about Martina. But Bolt really deserved Gold. Just heard a the Jamaican commentary of race ... another Gold Medal effort.

Rather sorry that Gatlin came third, as he has had two bans for drug abuse. I don't think that he should have been in the Olympics at all.

Have enjoyed watching all the Olympic events so far. Don't usually get a chance to watch Cycling, i'ts so exciting!!

Hayley - did you see me wave? I was up in "gods" but had the best overall view.

I had a letter this morning with a first class stamp showing our rowers.

Think it's a great idea that all the gold medal winners will have stamps on which their photos are printed.
Would be better if all medal winners could be involved but suppose you can't have everything.
Just watching medal ceremony for the show Jumpers.

Soo emotional wasn't it Jude?
Chris Hoy was crying even before he got onto the podium then Steve Redgrave came up to surprise him he was in tears too.....where's me hankie lol... and just watched the play back footage of all the amazing GB cyclists,their families must be so proud.
