Boundaries are often shown on ordinance survey maps.

If you go to Bing maps, then enter your area and then select ordinance survey map, you can zoom in and see the boundary between farm land and residential property

Because the land registry now hold records of deeds including boundary maps it will not have your property on their site because they only started registering property that changed hands in the 1990's to replace the old system so they will not have yours on fill as you bought it in the 1980's

Your deeds should have an outline plan of your boundary this should includes what scale the plan is drawn to and so you should be able to establish your boundary from that

Because some feeble minded idiot has a grievance against Suzanne, gawd knows why but GR for goodness sake sort it out.

It's vindictive harassment and she should not be subject to it.

As for the RRer why don't you bugger off and play somewhere else.

Suzanne

Suzanne Report 7 Mar 2012 23:22

Berona Report 7 Mar 2012 23:22

Just read your initial post and submitted my post, then noticed that your first post had been whooshed. Again!!!
I saw your thread a few days ago and I'm glad to see that you are still posting.

I hope GR can soon do something about the psycho who is stalking you and I also hope that you continue to ignore him/her. (or IT!).

I didn't mean the Deeds, Suzanne. I meant any other documentation - certificates, letters, notices, etc..... you will need to read through them to see if any measurements are mentioned.

Where I am, we get a Land Valuation report every few years, updating the value of our land. You might not get this, but it is separate from the Deeds, so you might get something which you have stored with your papers.

I have been RRd for the first time in 9 years - because I posted a thread asking how many times did I have to complain to GR re Suzanne being RRd?

And I said I had contacted them and asked them to take some positive action and stop shilly shallying around - expect this will be rrd now.

Suzanne

Suzanne Report 7 Mar 2012 23:38

I loathe injustice Suzanne which is why I stood up for you. We pay subs to GR - therefore they should protect members. Do they not have rules against annoyance etc? call it what you will. Do they protect the perpetrator and ignore the victim?

Am just taking deeper breaths of the oxygen!!

I am missing some thing here, I thought that once a thread was RR'd then only GR can restore or DELETE the thread
