	There's a lovely video of Ash through the ages, with his colleagues as well, and Brothers in Arms (Dire Straits) in the background. I was in bits as I watched it but so good you are still here and not another statistic Ash. Onwards and upwards, literally ! Lizx

	It's been an amazing year for "our" Ash, for your family and the rest of us, safe in our homes, usually oblivious to the trauma of a soldiers life. Thank you Izzy for having the courage to share, and to educate us all. You have opened our eyes and given us the chance to share in Ashley's journey back. 	Izzy I,m still here!!!!!! I watch you all on fb and cant believe how well your whole family is pulling together ...when you have tears of sadness you should remember what you have all come through and how strong your family is .... My only hope is that my family would be as strong as yours ....

	I still think of Wednesday as "Cake Day" for Ash. Hope that he has a lovely cake tomorrow. And that the lovely lady that brought them to the hospital in Birmingham is well and happy. Tess

	Well Headley Court is making our Ash work hard as usual , he went with Battleback to do some rockwall climbing recently, and the guys from Battleback very kindly videoed it, you can take a look at it on The Invicta Foundation website, but be warned you may need a tissue!!!, jeesh the lad makes it look sooo easy!! xxx :-D

	Ash is back in hospital tonight!!! He has infection in his leg again, and has to go into surgery at 8pm tonight they need to see what is going on. I am devestated, he was just starting to get on with things, his wounds had just almost healed and he was able to go swimming, really wish the guy on the top floor would show us a bit of kindness and give my lad a break for a while.
