Hi everyone

Hope all is well with you.

I went to kew today. Hope a good day. But trains were playing up on way home. I left the TNA at 6.30 got home just after 9. Should have been home by 8 at least. None of the trains were coming to Uxbridge for some reason. Never mind home now and in bed with nice cup of tea.

Out tomorrow with Teri we are going out for lunch after she has looked at clothes and taken rest to second hand shop.

Take care all

Allan Report 24 Sep 2011 11:24

Hello all,

A very nice day here, but more rain forecast. We are moving into springand OH and I are planning some trips away. OH is in a choir and in January next year the choir is going to Albany to sing in the Catholic Church there.

We have decided to spend a few days there, although OH will have to go to a weekend camp with the choir.

Albany is the oldest town in WA and was originally called Frederickstown. It was established in 1828 and was originally established to prevent the French from establishing a colony in WA, which until then had no permanent European settlement.

It is a beautiful town, full of history. I could cheerfully live there, but it is about four hours travel from here.

Take care all

Hello all. I hope that you are all keeping well

Another wild night here last night (Weatherwise! I'm no longer a party animal; in fact I never was :-()

Strong winds, hail, heavy rain and a bit of thunder. All we lacked was the Ancient Gothic Castle to complete the picture.

When we can, we are now working on remodelling our front garden to make it more manageable. Taking out some of the larger bushes and replacing them with lower growing ones and then native flowers which can stand the climatic conditions.

Take care
