Hello Everyone,

Emma, I hope you are recovering well.

Marion, the diet is still going, I lost another 1 1/2 lbs on wednesday, fingers crossed for another good week next week. in the 9 weeks I have been with WW I have lost 1st 3.1/2 lbs, so its gradually coming off.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, its very humid today but no rain and the sun is shining.

I fancied seeing the musical Ghost in London,but because I dont like the place much anyway (because of the size and being so busy) and thats put me off evn more lol.
I know it can happen anywhere though.

Afternoon Barbra, Marion, Emma, Joan, Allan and everyone who is looking in, I hope I've missed no one?

Emma, I hope that knee of yours is getting better, I found my second op on my foot didn't go as well as the first one. In fact, on FB I have photos of my feet taken in stages before and after the ops.

Its been a lovely warm and sunny day, bit windy but lovely for the washing, I feel sorry for all of you with the rain and wind, it must get you down.

I have just filled my freezer up and have failed to have enough room for the last 2 loaves of bread :oO I don't quite know what I will do with them, I cant even get them in the fridge, I have enough milk in there to fill a cow!
It would be so much easier if I didn't khave the lads still at home. I'd have stacks of room then.

Hello .Dolly know what you mean about family .my youngest used to bring his washing for me to do after he left home .& ironing .10work shirts .bought him an iron & washing powder he took the hint :-) he was 29.when he got his own place x.still came to tea twice a wk .wouldnt change.him dont we love em !! hope emma, Marion. Joan,Allan. you are all okay .not a lot of rain here .but plenty in other parts .ridic.ulous still in august...hope we get some decent weather soon .? Have a good day.Barbra ~~~~~Rory xx
