Maz (the Royal One) in the East End 9256 Report 26 Sep 2009 07:48

what a shower !!

you should all be up and standing by your beds, bouncing pennies off the covers by now !!

it really won't do for people to be lazing in bed - don't you know there's a war on ?!?!

*casts mind back to Mickey Mouse duvet covers..... all the rage in the Officers mess with all the young subalterns*

*sighs* wouldn't be able to bounce a penny off them, Maz!!

Right..... *does girl Guide salute thingy* here, hangover-less, and reporting for duty!!

Are we going out on manouvers (sp)??? I lurve them.... oh, and the assault course is ready.... had to dig the tunnelly thing a bit deeper, cos of our, erm, accoutrements.... Mo's tassels would have got stuck!! ;¬)) And I have padded the rope thing so no nails will be broken, nor varnish chipped.

And... now get this everyone.... I have got a team of experts awaiting our arrival at the end of the assault course... with sauna, deep massage, hair stylists and other beauty experts to make sure we all look good on afternoon march practice.

wmsl.......... yeh!! All of them.... no pain, no gain!!

I reckon the trolley dash, and the *push your way past the families on a day out in the freezer section* bits will be the testing point... what say you?

wmsl... do you want to do my shopping for me? Seeing as you're going out anyway! ;¬))

This army is conspicuous by its absence.

Jean,
I am in your army now! with you every step of the way.

I keep thinking of the song
"We're in the army now,
We're in the army now"

but then when I try to think of the next line, all I can come up with is

"I bought a piana for two and a tanner
I'm in the army now!"

Somehow I just don't think that this is correct, but I just can't stop singing it.
Sending you positive thoughts and hugs,
Tess

If we were in camouflage, surely pink wouldn't work on here...shouldn't we be in a shade of peppermint green?

Morning Ladies and Gents.
It looks like we are getting into some kind of organised mess.

We need specific jobs allotted.

Please sign up for a job that you are very good at.
As Jeans Army on General has disappeared, it is up to us to do double duty.
