Quite warm here too, not so sunny or as windy as yesterday tho.

2 lines of washing done :) Towels and dau clothes, so no ironing of those, but I have to do hubby's shirts for the week:(

Morning all~~

Grey and drizzly here.
Hubby ordered a new mobile over the net , It was supposed to be delivered on Thurs when he tracked the delivery details on Fri/. Son and I were in all day but no delivery or card pushed thro the door to say they had attempted delivery.
When he checked the net on Sat pm he 'went in ' a different way to track it and he found that the GPO had tried to deliver it on Thurs and had left a card saying so !
They certainly hadn't left a card, son and I didn't hear postie at the door. Hubby was furious cos had he checked am he could have picked it up from the sorting office on Sat am, now he's had to wait until this morning and go late into work cos they don't open til 9 am.
Still he'll be like a little boy with a new toy when he comes home !
Oh but he'll have to wait for it to charge :((

The net has been off for 3/4 hr since my cousin phoned me !

I've done my 1/2 hr walk this morning carrying shopping from As*a , so it wasn't quite so brisk, But hope the weight did something for my bingo wings upper arms.lol
My car is in the garage, so I had a lift over with hubby this morning and walked back in 30mins, the bus fare is £ 1.20 or £1.40 because our stop is in between fare stages , different drivers charge for the first stop some for the one beyond mine!! Just got back as it started spotting rain !
Seems dry now altho overcast :(
The roads were manic this morning as 1/2 term is over and all the school buses and parents on the school run were out !

I have to have my bloods done on Wed, doesn't bother me as I have a silver badge for blood donations so used to the needle, dau hates it, she;s such a baby.She's frightened of a money spider, but will pick up a Daddy long legs. Can't take tablets , everything has to be in syrup form !!!!
Hubby kecks using an electric toothbrush or if the dentist is working on his back teeth ( he just a root canal filing )...poor dentist !!.lol.
Son is like me, no probs with with being prodded around :)

my bloods were ok.Doc says no need to change my meds.
Did tell her I was fed up with the hot flushes every half hour and she suggested HRT which originally I was told was a no no because I have high blood pressure.She gave me a leaflet with all the info to read and consider the pros and cons.
I'm not phased by needles $andie or by spiders but my dau hates both lol

morning all glad you are OK Paula ,needles dont bother me at all ,I am so lucky i dont get the flushes quite as bad but i do get them at night .

We had heavy rain overnight , even my hardy fuchsia looks a bit battered.
It hasn't rained for a while as most of the patio looks dry, but there's lots of grey cloud about.
Glad you're OK Paula , I seem to have been one of the lucky one's with the change.. sailed thro it, with only the occasional night when I woke up clammy, but just like a night when the weather is hot and you throw the clothes off the bed ..hubby does it !

Good morning or rather good afternoon,am running late today lol
I am off out to our womens group this afternoon.The speaker has been a Christian for many years and comes from Bethany which is a huge church but she is still nervous about sharing with our little group .Just goes to show
you never can tell.She comes over as being super confident.She is talking about chocolate.Wonder what to expect? ......do you think she might bring samples?....(says she hopefully) lol
