It wasn't a meet as such though, just a few visiting BC, no more than we thought was fair on her...

We might have to arrange a full one just so people dont' get upset at not being included LOL...but to be fair, this was in BC's flat..there isn't room for everyone. I wanted to ask Shelley along, as she's related to me at it's about time we met, but I didn't. Maybe next time. :-))

A Whitstable meet would be great fun - when the sun shines it's lovely down here. No use in the winter really as it can be very windy!!!

But, plenty of places to eat and drink - and lots of beach (no sand though) and the harbour. Plus too many art galleries for my liking but if you want a bit of "culcha" you'd love them.

I think it's a distinct possibility. I will have a word with a beach-hut owning friend to see if there's any chance of borrowing that as a base ...
