It was a very cold morning, Berona. I baby-sat so was out the door at 7am and it was freezing. My daughter had the air-con on so it was lovely and warm in her house. By 10.30 the children were out playing in the sun and I was sat outside reading the paper. I even did a little gardening which pleased my daughter no end:)) I'm tired now but it's been a lovely day and I've had lots of hugs and secrets whispered in my ear and giggles. Lovely:))

Yes, it did improve, didn't it? I even turned my aircon off for a few hours - but back on again as the sun went down.

Good to hear you had a lovely day with the grandchildren. Mine were here yesterday, so I'm tired to-day! Great being a grandparent, isn't it? You can have a good time with them - then go back to your own bed and rest!!!

Good morning, Aussies and wannabes:)) Off to the Sunday trash and treasure (car boot) markets as OH wants to find an old food processor so he can chop up food for his worms - don't ask:)) Trouble with the markets is I always come home with a pile of books, plants and teacups that I really don't need. Think I'll have a garage sale and get rid of the lot:)) Hope you all have a lovely Sunday - the weather is shaping up to another nice day here.

This thread is for Australians and for those who are interested in the Australian way of life or who would like to visit the country.

It is not here for you to interrupt it as you did with Joy's. Please take your remarks elsewhere - preferrable to a thread of your own. It is obvious that you are trying to get the thread removed. Why?

I am most sorry that innocent members are involved .................................. but perhaps you can take that up with Sue.

I am not concerned with you, personally, and have no desire to be. My concern is that this is a thread which has been running pleasantly for a couple of weeks now. It may have been started by Sue (for which we thank her) but a lot of others have become involved and none of us either need or want you to butt in and spoil it with your talk of abortions. That has never been the subject under discussion.

Please take your unpleasantness elsewhere.
