Right I've been on to the council and got planning permission for all this, I had to grease a few palms but that's the only way I'm afraid, or we would have had to wait six weeks, put in plans, had them been rejected, put them in again and waited three months to get them approved.

(Can you tell I've had a run in with the planning department before..lol)

Right everyone I have ordered,
pigs, cows, chickens, geese,sheep, ducks also 5 hunky farmers to tend the land we have wheat, barly, an orchard of apples, plums, pears,olives.
We have enough water to last 5 years.
We have a seemstress and a cobbler.
Oh and of course a mill and a baker.
.....and a masseur for jgee.
Can you think of anything we have forgot before this was gets underway?

Ok vinyard is on its way, fully staffed on the way home I managed to arrange a brewery to move in.
Have phoned and tea and coffee will be delivered in the next hour.
I suppose we need some sort of health care (not NHS) now who can arrange that?
When Barbara gets back maybe she can organise the building of a small hospital. x
