Evening folks,
I was cooking Black pudding an hour ago for hubby's tea, he had a fry up with sausages and bacon, fried bread and eggs and tomatoes. I hate black pudding and tomatoes so I had beans with mine, it was lovely. Really warmed me up. Hubby's now gone to work.

Here is the website - they do traditional style Irish white pudding too - I have a good mind to order some of that, the last white pudding I had was in Ireland 30 years ago. The stuff they sell over here as white pudding is nothing like the beautiful Irish white pudding.
