My FIL is 85 and my husband is nearly 62. Myself as I told Marilyn ( I think) well I am 57(ugh)

So we are a middle aged group i guess.

A badge might be a good idea. I think I have one from when I went to a Berkshire meet shortly after I had joined GR.

I used good sun protection left from Cyprus so didn't get burned.

Sue the car checks were random !! We went to one car parking area and were then directed to the disabled parking and no one looks at us at all.

We spent a fair time eating on a bench, not picnic table, inside the enclosure by the picket fence and the lake.

Sorry your certificate is not as much help as you had wanted.

Camping forget it ......had to use the campers toilet about half a mile away . !!

Rained in the afternoon.....so I couldn't do a strip ...LADY !... LOL
Anyway the campers would have left the camp site HAD I done one .

Rita somewhere in my loft....and I'm not likely to be able to find it ..is a family bible belonging to a BIGGS family that I rescued from a jumble sale years ago when I lived in London.
I hope its not any of your BIGGS as I have to get hubby in a real GOOD mood in order to get him up there to look for it .
He might even have chucked it out without me knowing.

So wait and see.......maybe he'll clear out up there in the near future.

Well I'm off to the shops now for FOOD.

I spoke to my sister and said I hope they not in Ronnie Biggs family tree. going back I think the family started in Rotherhide which I think is Kent ?

then they came to London and seem to have been born in LIme House and East London. but as I am working on Baglin family I am doing one at a time because I am a divi and get muddled.

I have just done some baking 1 and 1/2 dozen small cakes I had no cakes or biscuits in the flat and thought if someone comes to visit the larder is bare like old mother hubards.

I have the Hospital at Guildford tomorrw will get the results of the scan and the mammagrame so bit worried.

I have two as well the one tomorrow when I see my consultant I had a letter to have a breast Ultra scan so I dont know what that is about as when I went last month he told me the results for the mammagrame had come back and looked fine to him. thats due Thursday at Ashford Hospital.

Then monday I have my blood count for my warfrin 23 rd I cannot complain at the NHS as they are doing all they can for me.

I was looking at a history thread streets on Birmingham and blow m e Colin the information on Samuel Garbett my Great Grandfather was illigitmate and his mother was a Hannah Garbett she was born in DITTON PRIOR I didnt know Great Grandfather was Illigimate untill we looked for his grave and the head stone said John Garbett Lewis I dug into it to find why and that was when I found out his mother was Hannah and his father William Lewis from Church Streton they didnt marry but William gave John his name and accepted him as his . so it came as a surprise just now to come across Grabett and details of Samuel Garbett I have gone back three generation four if you count my Grandmother Sarah.

Children coming later. Have to write a letter to my great Aunt for her birthday, then I will probably walk to the post box before they come. Then we will walk to school.
A friend is coming for tea and a chat and this eveing friends are coming for dinner.
