Morning All,

I have a little girl here today my (granddaughter) day off school as its Bakers day. Can you believe it just had half term ...!!

Beautiful day again...so we are off to the Moors for a picnic .

Shelly how did you get on with the shoe laces....you never said what happened.

Sue we were on friendly before that...two years because I remember that I was receiving my cancer treatment when Brian set up the last one and that was about the14th May. 2007 And you were on it then with Pauline & Shelly & Lady.

Linda glad you have settled back OK, perhaps you pinched the sun from Cyprus for us .

Thanks for the Cuppa Shimms

Lucky you Posh. I watched Country File a couple weeks back and Jules was at a place in Devon, that take them out on treks. Actually I don't think it was Shire's just heavy horses(forget which breed now)

see i am clever i just looked it up in the dictionary

orientation /, / n.
1 the act or an instance of orienting; the state of being oriented.
2 a a relative position. b a person's attitude or adjustment in relation to circumstances, esp. politically or psychologically.
3 an introduction to a subject or situation; a briefing.
4 the faculty by which birds etc. find their way home from a distance.
orientational adj.
[apparently from orient]

orientation course n. esp. N.Amer.
a course giving information to newcomers to a university etc

so i now no i can use this word but for the older ones

Hi Shelly

Can't stop, just whizzing in ...

I would say it means 'to get their bearings', understand the layout .

a course giving information to newcomers to a university etc ...

My son feels it's this one, to quote him, 'To understand what's in store for you.'

Hope that helps. xxx
