A christening, how lovely, luvin the name Issiah.:)) Just Googled it, it means God is my helper. My son had so much. One of my family gave him a bible, others bought Beatrix Potter sets, Peter Rabbit and more ... still have them in their boxes.

Does sound as though you're being pushed, I've carried out observations too; did planning too re various roles within the school.

Sounds as though you're coping ... it will be so worth it at the end, I always enjoyed my courses.
