It was sad really that Heather had to go, the improvement in her dancing last night was great, and she danced really well in the dance off. John is a lovely fellow but I think it is unfair that the public are keeping him in. it is a dance contest not a publicity contest (or is supposed to be). sadly I think there are a large number of members of the public who are using their vote to 'put two fingers up' to the judges (because they can!). It spoils it for everyone else though, not least those whoa re working really hard to get their dancing right. John appears to find it funny but if I were him I would be embarrassed. |

I felt sorry for all three contestants - John who should have been in the dance off - surely deep down he must be embarrassed, Heather because although she hasn't exactly been top notch she danced her socks off last night and in the dance-off and Rachel just didn't deserve to be in the dance-off at all. She seems to lack confidence at the best of times and having danced really well, landing in the bottom two will have destroyed her confidence altogether I wouldn't wonder. Still, each series has had its shocks so I suppose we should expect it. If the judges didn't make such dreadful comments to the poor dancers the public probably wouldn't run to their defence as much and perhaps vote more sensibly. Roll on next Saturday. See you all then. |

Perhaps to save face John should feign an injury to get him out. |

Actually the press arn't helping the 'cause' re John. This week I think nearly every paper has had an article in regarding him still being in and thwarting the judges. If there wasn't so much press and so many derogatory remarks from the judges, I think he would go |

He actually had an article in the press himself saying in not so many words that the judges could say what they like but the public are following the rules and voting for him therefor they (the judges) could put up with it or get out! So there is no way he is going to bow out gracefully and I believe their is a group on Facebook or something who are pledged to keep voting for him. |

I think if the judges were not so nasty, people would not feel so sorry for John, and would not vote him in. You know there are so many people who do feel sorry for the underdog, which he is , in this contest. |

Well, for the first time this series I found the show really exciting !! I actually voted tonight for the first time - voted for Jodie and Rachel. Everybody upped their game and the stakes are high, and I honestly don't know who will fall into the bottom two. The judges were nice to John tonight - a new tactic? - will this ensure a lack of sympathy votes? For me personally, the other two contestants who could possibly be in the dance off are Lisa and Cherie. Am really curious now to see just who will land those two dreaded places. |
