I have some other straighteners - they are on their way out & get it done at hairdressers - they don't use GHD either just heard Sooooo much about GHD but no one I personally know uses them.

Hayley, if it is the pic of me at the meet, that was after using ordinary straightners....the ones you sent me. Nobody has a pic of me with the full curls and frizz...that would be toooooo embarrassing.

The hair straighteners are good :)

Anyone who has seen my wifes hair will tell you just how thick and wavey it is. It was so thick I couldnt see out the passenger side window when pulling out of junctions. One set of straighteners and now I realize there is a side window there after all :)

My hair is really really curly...in parts it goes into tight ringlets, others its just wavy...which is why I never wear it eau naturelle...

At least the old straightners kept it all wavy with a bit of frizz lol

Pmsl I've already got straighteners and with everything else I'm paying out for I can't really afford to buy any more. Hmmm could always take some rollers and go for a curly/wavey look I suppose. I am going where nobody knows me lol

My son has some straighteners, he has been doing his hair with them since before we went to Malta, I did borrow them once or twice when we were there but haven't bought any as I can't really afford the good ones and I am not sure my hair would cope, it is very thin and fine and fragile. Maybe when my lad gets really fed up with growing his hair and decides to cut it shorter again, he will let me have his straighteners to use on special occasions.
