Yes , I enjoy it and find it fascinating. What I may have thrown out over the yrs?!! ??

Do you or OH play golf ?

CherryBlossom

CherryBlossom Report 11 Jan 2009 19:58

No - golf has never taken our fancy.

Have you ever tried doing any of the martial arts?

Know what you mean about possibly throwing things out. I'm a terrible hoarder now so my boys might find a few gems in years to come!

No, nearest thing I got to that sort of thing was cartwheels in Gym at school.
Loved hockey tho.

Did you ever play in a team game for your school or for your county (or country even.. lol don't know who I may be talking to here !!)..?

CherryBlossom

CherryBlossom Report 12 Jan 2009 11:27

No team games for my school but did take part in several tae kwondo tournaments about four years ago - got a gold medal for my patterns!!!

What do you do to stay fit - if anything!

*$parkling $andie* Report 13 Jan 2009 22:33

Yes Emmerdale and Corrie.

Have you been waiting for the 1911 census ?

I knew were most of my rellies were at that time, it's the older one's I'm interested in.

CherryBlossom

CherryBlossom Report 14 Jan 2009 08:40

Yes, been waiting to try and find my gt grandma and her family - couldn't find her at all prior to her marriage in 1902! Found all sorts of interesting information - like they said they had been married 13 years when I KNOW they had only been married 9. It also stated that she'd had 7 children at that point only 6 of which were still alive - been through BMD and think I've found the missing baby. Plus it said she was born in Kensington - think now she must have been registered as Maria and not Charlotte. With that info I think I've now found the rest of her family. Exciting - I nearly wet myself!!

Have you found anything interesting from the 1911?
