The only William Coulbys are in Yorkshire and Nottingham and none of these are the right age. Using a soundex brings up many more, but still none of the right age with father William. The closest I could find is William Caulby in London with father J W Caulby, mother Elizabeth, and sisters Elizabeth, Ellen and Florence. This family is in St. George in the East London and all children were born there. If you want the details let me know.
