Hi please look up: George Wilcock born 1833 Bransley South Yorkshire. He's listed on 1901 living at Burley In Wharfedale with a daughter Susannah Wilcock born 1890. Violet Susannah Wilcock was my gr, granny and I don't know who her mother was, or whether she had any siblings. I'd be very keen to learn why there is such a large age gap? When/who did george marry? cheers

Hi Debs, Sorry I have not more information, he was my Gran's Grandfather With a few greats in front maybe, and my Gran was born 1915. I thought with him being 1st Chief Constable it would be easy!!!

Please can you help? My grandmother was born 24/12/1884. I can't find her on the 1901 census but think she was adopted by a farmer. Her nams was Elizabeth Grace Bramley or Grace Elizabeth. Her father William was dead by 1908 when she married. I would love to trace her and her parents, grandparents. She would have been living in Liverpool, Great Crosby I think.
