Ooops, messages crossed, thought that 12th was ages off, ordered two yesterday, estimated date is the 10th! So should get those about summer time then...... |

GRO have posted a message saying this is their busiest time of the year and they expect it to continue until after Easter. I had two certs due 15th March, still not arrived. |

I recieved 2 certs on Friday that had the dispatch date of 13th...the 3rd one I ordered still hasn't arrived!! |

I ordered a cert Feb 17th and it still has not arrived! Unfortunately i have lost the original reference from them while changing over to a new computer, so I can't even inquire about it. They did charge me for it though. Should I give it up as lost? |

I ordered one on 26th Feb with a dispatch date of 13th March and it hasn't arrived yet, if that gives you any idea. |

I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when my certificate arrived. Ordered it 24 Feb, with estimated despatch date 13 March. Mail usually takes 7-10 days to get here from the UK, so figured even if it got despatched on time, it wouldn't be here until at least 20 March. It must have caught the mail just right, postmarked 15 March, got here 18 March. Nice surprise and even better, it provided the long awaited breakthrough I needed :-) Emma |

I had 4 with destpatch date 10th march. Two arrived 15th, other two 16th March - they seem to be catching up. |

I'm waiting for a death certificate ordered on Friday 3 March and it has still not arrived. Should I be chasing them up yet or give them more time before I panic?! Thanks Claire |
