Mike, do you have any of them in later censuses, so we don't search for an individual who might be dead??! Merry |

Atlantic Blue | Report | 20 May 2006 16:40 |
Merry No , I know John and Martha married in 1840 in Westminster Middlesex but I can't find them in the 1841 census either. All three kids baptised in Middlesex. That's about all I know of them at the moment. Mike |

OOps .. well that has thrown a spanner in the works Colin !!! However John would have been 33 when he married martha in 1840 so its possible I suppose that it was his second marriage and son william came from the first. Thanks Back to the search !! Mike |

Colin | Report | 20 May 2006 16:50 |
No...William is shown as 10 and a girl but no relationship shown....John and Martha both 23 so it is possible that he is John's brother....however John is not born in the county whereas William is..... also John would have been 23 not 33 in 1841 |

No on second thoughts that doesnt work either because my John Wetherell was definitely born 5 Sept 1807 which would have made him 33 years old in the 1841 census. |
