Yes that is a thought I know I spent months looking for my G Grandfather name Meadows but no his mother had married and he was Ball !!! till he got married. Worth having a look for that I have gone bog eyed looking for them with their parents. Germaine x

hi again Germaine I did wonder that myself so have searched for just the children on the Census too but still nothing ,I wonder if he died and she remarried and gave the kids different surnames or something.

hi she married a Thomas Richard Knight in 1868 Hoxton Middlesex, she was living at Windsor Place Shoreditch according to the marriage Cert ,the witnesses were John Thomas Keen and his sister Mary Ann Keen so I know they were definitely still alive in 1868 so should be on 1841 and 1851 and 1861 census

so, who did the eldest daughter marry, where and when

hi somebody else has been researching them so he had some of the info. I do have the marriage for the parents the eldest Daughter and the Son and some history from others who are related to the girl John Thomas married
