Thanks Margaret, I know, am probably clutching at straws and may well have to send off for another birth cert at some stage. My Cousin thought she was born 10 May 1883 but has said that this may well not be 100% the case. I think everyone has searched for a birth with this date. Like looking for a needle in a haystack. I believe the one I am now waiting on has the mother's name as Anna or Anne Quinn. As we know Rose's mother was an Anna/Ann Quinn but it's the father's name we're stumped on as she says it was Solomon. The quest continues. Thanks again for replying. |
