Hi,
Im having trouble looking for several children that are hiding from being found.
Abraham Yard baptised 14 Nov 1813 in Milverton Somerset.
Rachel yard baptised in Bridgwater in 1816 maybe married Bond.
Martha 17 March 1811 in Pitminster whom i think married John Norton abt 1842.
all the children have parents Abraham and Mary yard. nee Diment.

Also have brick wall with Mary Diment. who married Abraham in Stoke st Mary in 1809. She was born abt 1787. Unknown where or who her parents are.

Would love any light possible shed on the family of Abraham. (he has other children that also are not wanting to be found!

How do you know Abraham fathered 'other' children if you can't find them?

there are about 5 Abraham Yard/e im looking for death or marriage of Abraham bap14 nov 1813 in Milverton. Somerset.
ive checked the somerset online records, Ancestry, family search.org, and im not gaining anymore knowledge.

And Chris Ho, has the right Norton line im looking for. where did they get to?
i have the marriage cert coming, snail mail from england. i was useing a brilliant site a few months ago that gave you the info in 5 seconds for a cost of 4pound, but stupid me dosnt recall the name of the site.

Rachel Bond was a theif by 1890, but not sure if its the same girl, although i do believe Rachel yarde married Bond abt 1836, (no proof) but a Jane is born 1837 and in the 1841 census, but dies in 1842. i found no other children. and Rachel bond isnt in the 1851 census. to keep following her.

as the the query above that wanted to know how do i know these kids belong to my Abraham and Mary Yard, Well david north did a search for me, with parents Abraham and Mary and these 3 extras turned up, ive turned up another one today, John 1820, (there is a John 1829) so i asume John 1820 dies,
I believe him, because for Abraham and Mary to marry in 1809 in stoke st mary, and not have children by 1818 i thought very off.
Im wanting to find more decendants to Abraham and Mary, as so far there is only Thomas (my line) and Isaac having decendants, out of 11 children.
Marys death cert did not name parents. for the Dyment/Diment line.
anything for me to chase and learn more is welcome by me.

Sister Dinah Walks, would that be a nun? or a sister, i dont have a sister Dinah. for this family. And the birth year of Dinah would put it 3 years before marraige. unless its a sister in law, and she just stated it as that in the census.
i will have a look during the week. (and i did think her husband may have been a William, and there were several william bonds that died before 1851, maybe i should buy Janes death cert.
I did look for deaths for Martha and John, but 2 many for me to be convinced of which one to get, i did wonder if they migrated and tried that alternative also, but nothing has said "pick me pick me" yet..... i did find a Abraham Hardy transported to Tasmania in 1842-43, and die in 1848, and wondered if they had the sir name wrong. tried at Lancaster Azzises, (not sure how far that is from Somerset) If he died before 1841, where do i look? Taunton? Ricochet, i dont know how you found them in 1861, i seemed to loose them!
