William was supposed to be the father, apparently he was known as bob, I don't know where the name Landrie comes in though |

Could you just give a quick birth and death for grandparents, great grandparents, for us to check backwards? |

Hi yes I see you know its William Henry you want to find but if we can be sure of one of the children then we could look for their birth index and it would be worth spending the money to get the birth cert for a child as this gives fathers occupation and mothers maiden name to make sure we are looking for the right ones. That is why it is important to work back from what we know. My mother thought her family all came from London but one generation back from her mother and they came from Suffolk and my rels. thought we all came from Northamptonshire until I started my tree and found them in Cambridgeshire before moving into Northamptonshire |

1911 This could be the parents I have looked at the image and all except Ada have been crossed out so I think they have just filled in all children and then been told they shouldn't be there as they were not at "home" on the census night!! |
