It gets difficult now, Ginny, finding granny Ruth because she was born after the 1901 census.
Can you tell us where she died? There's one who died last quarter 1979, Hertford/W. She was born 2 July, 1902. There's also a Ruth Evelyn who died first quarter 1977, Halifax. She was born 5 Aug., 1898. It would be a lot easier if she was the one because we could find her on the census but I think she was born too early.

married to charles Jagger.. Her mother was call Sophia Davies (daveys) and her father was called Horace Phillips he died just before my grandmother was born. so my granny and her sister jessicca where sent to a home!
