Just Googled 245 Norwich Road. There is an upstairs flat and what is now a Barbers shop on the corner downstairs, wheelie bin outside marked 245A. Maybe the Bells where in the same building as the children but stated themselves as living at the Post Office, downstairs?? (if it was a Post Office at the time) and the children where upstairs. |
