Re the stated siblings of Margaret, and children of Percy -
there's a 1946 Pontypridd birth of a Patricia M Baker, mmn Brown.
She MAY have married in Cardiff in 1966.
You can see the records on FreeBMD: https://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl
* IF * that's the right person and the right marriage, their current address is on the Electoral Roll.
See "Electoral Rolls" under "Search" at top right of this page, and search for her married name, with birth year, and keyword "Cardiff". Click on the "document" symbol at the right to see the address.
BUT of course we don't know for sure if she is your sister or not. Nor do we (the helpers) know your family background, so for all we know she may not know of your existence. Be very tactful if attempting to make contact.
********* EDIT -
BUT - Margaret's obituary says that Pat had died before Margaret.
If the obituary (and/or the ER) is correct , Patricia in Cardiff is NOT the right person..
