Florence was born in Sep Qtr 1899 and
Albert was born Oct 1900 so I think it unlikely that the above is one of her children.

This is right.

Going back to the missing births -

as Clark and Brown are such common names, unfortunately, unless there are baptisms online giving parent's names, it'll be impossible to know which ones belong to the right family without buying certs to check father's name.

As Rose was interviewed in 1952, you'd have to check deaths up to that date.

And also marriages for her daughters, as such later deaths wouldn't be as Clark.

Rose had a daughter in 1891 before she married Clark. Her name was Harriet Jane and I didn't put it on here before because she is actually one of the accounted for children. Rose was working as a domestic servant in Canning Town. she is here on the 1891 census living with her grandparents.

Unfortunately you are right that Clark and Brown are common names and I would need to buy certificates to be sure it is the right one. At the moment I'm not able to do that but hopefully in the future.
