Maybe the death of Sarah 1850? Perhaps she was a poorly child not expected to survive and that is why her parents named another child Sarah before she had actually died. The death certificate should give you an answer.

I have just found a bit of info on a scrap of paper which i cannot remember where i aquired it from it states that Elizabeth barber (1830-1901)she married john bowman on 26th april 1849 in her home town they had 12 children in 23 yrs She died in july 1901 at the age of 71...Can't think where i got this from...
