Think Daniel must have gone to family and carried on his schooling because he went on to become a Solicitor and Clerk of the Peace here in Banbury in 1850's through to the 1886 when he died. I gather from a piece in a book about the Pellatts (no help with Daniels family though) but there was mention by his wife Jessie in it that he had an uncle who lived in Weedon Northants, not sure how one could check this out without his first name I am still trying to find his father Daniel (b1786 died 1833) parents it is said that his father and grandfather were all called Daniel, I thought it might have been Francis but that would mean he and Fortunatus would have been born the same year... mind bogging :-S but so adictive |
