Could you tell us where you have got the details regarding her parents and time and place of birth from and anything else you have on her please ?
If those parents are correct, they did not have an 'Amy' but Emma, suggested by Chris would be a good candidate...
There are, however, other Amy's who could be considered if the parents may not be those mentioned.
Thanks,
Dea x

She's Jeune on a lot of Australian ERs, as well as on her marriage and burial records.
In 1909 she's in Boulder, as Jeune. In 1916 and again in 1917, she's Jewne - presumably a typo by the person making up the ER for Boulder:
Amy Jewne Barrett Marks in the Australia, Electoral Rolls, 1903-1980 Name: Amy Jewne Barrett Marks Gender: Female Electoral Year: 1916 Subdistrict: Boulder State: Western Australia District: Kalgoorlie Country: Australia
In 1917, as well as the Boulder record, there's another in Kalgoorlie, where she is Jeune, although mistranscribed as Jenne.
Ii 1920 she's still in Kalgoorlie, as Jeune, mistranscribed as Jcune.
In 1925 and 1926 she's in Fremantle:
Amy Jeune Barrett Marks in the Australia, Electoral Rolls, 1903-1980 Name: Amy Jeune Barrett Marks Gender: Female Electoral Year: 1925 Subdistrict: South Fremantle State: Western Australia District: Fremantle Country: Australia

When Amy B Tucker went to Australia in 1900 she was one of a group of 50 women on the ship's passenger list, all listed as servants, and all going to Fremantle. All aged between 18 and 40 - mostly in their 20s..
They were the only passengers, apart from 3 cabin passengers.

Re single women going to Australia as servants - this is interesting:
https://tinyurl.com/y4zkvtcj
"The demand for domestic servants in nineteenth-century Western Australia was largely supplied by the government-assisted immigration of parties of single British women to the colony. The two greatest times of servant immigration were, roughly, the 1850s (1849-63) and the 1890s (1889-1901)"
"The high demand for domestics in the colony led the authorities in 1849 to begin importing parties of female servants from Britain. The first group comprised twenty-one women from English workhouses and orphanages"
" Beginning in 1889, about one hundred single women arrived each year in two parties. This was temporarily halted in early 1898, resuming in 1900, before being suspended the following year when immigration from the eastern colonies was deemed sufficient to supply servants. Twenty-one parties of servants arrived under the 1889 to 1901 scheme, and almost all of the women were selected by the United British Women’s Emigration Association, a ladies’ organisation designed to assist women, usually servants, to emigrate and to protect them on their journey, the association was led by middle class ladies of a philanthropic turn of mind, especially the vice president, the Hon Mrs Ellen Joyce."
The three cabin passengers with Amy's group would have been their chaperones: Mrs Dundas, Miss Monk, and Miss Ursula Richards, all listed as "Lady".

Miss Monk is mentioned in the link above:
The 1890s saw the standard of matrons improve, as these ladies were selected from the United British Women’s Emigration Association’s experienced corps of matrons.27They continued to be paid by the colonial government, although trained and appointed by the association, and their gratuities were increased to £25 plus a return steamer passage to England. The regular matron to the colony was Miss Mary Monk, who had accompanied parties to Western Australia prior to 1889 and continued working under the new scheme, supervising at least sixteen of its twenty-one voyages. An example of the professionalised matron which the British Ladies’ Female Emigration Society had earlier promoted, Monk made a career out of her work as a shipboard matron, listing her occupation in the 1901English census as “Lady Superintendent of Government Female Emigrants to Western Australia”. Mary Monk also accompanied other United British Women’s Emigration Association parties to various dominions, travelling extensively."
And other references.
