She was baptised 10 Apr 1898. A birth date of 25 Mar 1898 is therefore possible.
As she rather a remote relative, I'm not inclined to purchase the BC. Never mind - thank you for trying to find a solution. :-)

There are so many Ada (and Ada E) Blakes, never mind Turnbull or Lewis!
Wondering about this one:
Richard P Robinson in the England & Wales, Civil Registration Marriage Index, 1916-2005 Name: Richard P Robinson Date of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep 1930 Registration district: Southwark Inferred County: Surrey Spouse: Ada E Blake Volume Number: 1d Page Number: 275
I'm not sure if this is the same couple or not - actually I don't think it is. The only Richard P I can find born at the right time is Richard Preston Robinson, but he was killed in WW1:
Ada E Robinson in the 1939 England and Wales Register Name: Ada E Robinson Gender: Female Marital Status: Married Birth Date: 25 Mar 1898 Residence Year: 1939 Residence Place: Finsbury, London, England Schedule Number: 206 Sub Schedule Number: 2 Enumeration District: AFTL Registration district: 14/1 Inferred Spouse: Richard Robinson Household Members: Name Richard Robinson - 16/11/1883, Builders Labourer Heavy Worker Ada E Robinson Kathleen E Wood - 01/02/1923 Violet Graham - 11/06/1918
There's one closed record before the two (presumably) lodgers.
This is the death of the Ada in 1939:
Deaths Mar 1976 (>99%) ROBINSON ADA EMILY 25MR1898 LAMBETH 14 406

Looks like you might have to buy her birth cert, Det!
If we could find her death or in 1939 (from DOB), we could maybe work back from there.

Thank you for checking, Argyllgran.
I’ve find the records already posted, but she’s not with her family on the electoral rolls. So either she’s died or married, perhaps under her stepfather’ surname. It doesn’t help that he was a Lewis & later a Turnbull.

AQ has already posted 1911 with Emily and William Lewis - and Ada.
Posting again here for ease:
Ada Blake in the 1911 England Census Name: Ada Blake Age in 1911: 13 Estimated Birth Year: abt 1898 Relation to Head: Daughter Gender: Female Birth Place: Hoxton Civil Parish: Walthamstow County/Island: Essex Country: England Street address: 55 Cassiobury Road, W Stow Marital Status: Single Registration district: West Ham Registration District Number: 188 Sub-registration district: Walthamstow ED, institution, or vessel: 66 Household schedule number: 35 Piece: 9740 Household Members: Name Age Emily Blake 33 William Lewis 36 Richard Morgan 29 Ada Blake 13 Emily Blake 11 Henry Blake 3
Don't see her in 1901 - yet.
Re the daughter Emily - Sylvia posted a 1902 death for an Emily Florence Blake, but clearly that's a different child, as Emily is there in 1911.
Emily Ellen Florence is the Emily Eden on the 1930's ERs posted earlier by AQ:

Sorry - I seemed to have missed reading some of the earlier post. Must try harder. :-(
Austin had already posted the William John Turnbull Blake as well as other possibilities.
Places to go, things to see. Catch you later. Thanks for the help. :-)

I can't see the child Henry as either Blake, Lewis, or Franks.
What surname did you think you'd found him under?
I do wish it was possible to search the GRO site without specifying the child's surname!

ArgyllGran - Sister in law is probably more like it.
Austin - so sorry you're feeling under the weather. You must be one of those people who are attractive to biters. OH is like that - we do wonder if he has too much sugar in his blood!
To anyone still around, can you find the GRO entry for child Henry? I'm sure I found it last night with several middle names. Its hiding now. :-|
Added - found the one I was thinking off, but its not Henry.
Name: Mother's Maiden Surname: Order: BLAKE, WILLIAM JOHN TURNBULL FRANKE GRO Reference: 1906 S Quarter in WEST HAM Volume 04A Page 467
It might have been one of the 3 children who'd died.

Det- I'm going to leave that up for now- just in case. I'm having trouble identifying Mrs G Blake, but might come back to it. My brain is not at it's best today- I have several infected insect bites on my feet, which is making me terribly irritable (more so than usual!).
