Actually ..
I'm not sure that you will be able to find out which farm that George Burlingham was working in 1881 .... he's living in a cottage on a street in the village, not on the farm
Daughter Eliza on the 1881 is noted as being an Imbecile from Birth
1871 Census
Name Age George Burlingham 36 Horse Driver Mary A Burlingham 36 Mary A Burlingham 9 Elizah Burlingham 5 Dum (??) from Birth Jane Burlingham 2 Alias Burlingham 5 Month
Address:- Walsham Road
so no means of telling who he was working for

These seem to be all the children of Rosa's marriage to Frederick Jackson, but their records are all open on the 1939 Register that safc posted at 22:58 on April 29 .......... that indicates that all 3 are dead
Births Mar 1923 (>99%) Jackson Christine B Burlingham Stow S. 4a 1660
Births Jun 1924 (>99%) Jackson Edward M Burlingham Kingston 2a 744
Births Sep 1926 (>99%) Jackson Geoffrey C Burlingham Hartismere 4a 1564
HOWEVER there is also 1 closed record on that 1939 Register, which indicates that the person is believed to be still alive.
I do not know who that person might be .... a family tree on Ancestry shows a 4th child listed as Private (ie, still alive), but I cannot find the birth registration!
The Jacksons live in Hepworth House Cottage, and therefore it looks as though Frederick is Gardener to Sir Henry T. Methold who lives at Hepworth House

To make contact with someone belonging to the family, you have to search yourself ........ there is little chance that someone will just happen on this post.
Go to Search in the top right
Click on Search All Member Trees
Enter the name(s) as instructed.
If any member does have Rosa's family in their tree, a list will appear, and you can then make contact with that member through GR's private messaging system ...... we call it sending a pm..
just click on the member's name and say how you think you might be connected.

Pakenham
The wedding was solemnized at St Mary's Church b ythe Rev G.C.A Stevens (Redgrave) assisted by the Rev. M.S Douglas (Pakenham) between Miss Christine Jackson, eldest daughter or Mr and Mrs F. Jackson, of Pakenham and Bombardier Kenneth Byham, eldest son of Mr and Mrs A. Byham, of Church Row, Sudbury. The bride was given away by her father, and Mr Ronald Byham (brother of the bridegroom) was best man. The bride was attired in a blue dress, with blue hat to match, and was attended by two bridesmaids, Miss Violet Jackson (sister of the bride) and Miss Phyllis Byham (sister of the bridegroom). She carried a bouquet of variegated peach carnations, and the bridesmaids' bouquets were of dark red rosebuds. The bridesmaids wore clover dresses and silver and blue headbands. The happy couple were the recipients of many useful presents.

Violet was born in 1928, and I cannot find a certain marriage or death for her. I have checked the original of the registration and it is mmn Burlingham.

Re Violet Jackson, born 1928.
I won't post the records, in case she's still alive. Her birth record, mentioned by Sylvia, gives her middle initial as D.
She married Albert S Martin in Bury St Edmunds in 2nd qr 1944.
FreeBMD shows the birth of a possible son in Bury St Edmunds in 3rd qr 1944.
EDIT:
She remarried in 1976 in Lewisham, to a Flanagan.
192.com shows her and her husband at 3 different addresses (I don't have credits to see exactly where) in 2002, 2003, and 2004-9. At one address there's also a son with surname Martin, who was born in Bermondsey in 1951.
