Emily should really be on the 1871 census as according to the 1939 register her birthday was 11th March 1871 and census date was 2nd April. This is the 1939 entry:- |

I think that might well be Emily using her middle name - she is Emily Alice born 1871. |

Still can't find her on the 1871 census. Perhaps when the enumerator filled out the forms they just forgot to mention the baby as she was only a few weeks old??? |

Did you notice from the 1911 census that Emily Alice and her second husband had had one child who had died by the time of the 1911 census? |

Dea sorry can I ask did you find the census info on here ?? just im searching alice allin and her dob on the 1891 census page and its not bringing that up ..any advice ? |

Genes really isn't the best place for research. It's great for the community boards like this one to get help but you would be better spending your money with a subscription to either Findmypast or Ancestry for looking up census, BMD's etc. |
