i have the recieved today the marriage cert for a Augusta Bolton to her husband who where wed down here in 1908, i have tried to my knowledge looked everywhere for a birth for her in 1890 in london where she was born, her age on wedding certs clarifys her birth as to 1890 yet i cannot find her on1891 or 1901 census only 1911, gussy told family she was place in the work house nothing on that either on wedding cert her father is down has John Bolton

Augusta has signed the certificate quite neatly and I would read it as Bolton (outside chance Balton)

If her birthdate is correct on the death registration, her birth should have been registered Q3 1890, it would be over the allowed 6 weeks if her registration was delayed until Q4 - but I'm sure it happens.

Do you have a reason for thinking John Bolton married Charlotte Thompson, Shirley?

This is the only John and Charlotte Bolton I can see living in London in 1891.
(And that 1901 posted earlier by Chris isn't showing on Ancestry. EDIT: Yes, it is, but name shown as Balton. )

They married in 1889.
However, if this birth and death are correct for Albert John on the 1891 census, then it's the wrong family.
