you are very resourceful and thank for the help.
Found from death certificate of Patrick Morgan. Elizabeth Gibbons is recorded as the informant - sister in law of Patrick. She was living at 23 Lissadel Street.
I looked for Elizabeth Gibbons on the 1891 census (4 years before Patrick's death) and she and her family were living at 23 Lissadel Street. - so the same family.
I then looked for the family on the 1881 census and found them.
I looked for a marriage record for her husband Henry Gibbons just before their first child was born. I found their BMD wedding record.

Which matched the Jones association with her sister Margaret.

Patrick's address at death is 130 Gill Street. This is the same address that Mary Morgan (formerly Connell) died on 16 Nov 1894.Died 26 years old. Wife of Thomas Morgan (colliery labourer) Cause of death pregnancy - accidental haemorrhage.

On the burial info for Patrick Morgan it states,
"Buried by: Franciscus Connell"
What does it refer to by "buried by"? Is this a family representative or the priest or undertaker/grave digger?
The name Connell stuck out as this would be the name of his daughter in law's family.

That agrees with everything I found Clive so - yes, I would concur ;-) :-D
I also noted the name of Connell as the 'person who buried him' (This would be the priest or other church official who oversaw the burial ) - I think the name is probably just a co-incidence but have been trying to check out if there is any connection.
None so far.......

Can't remember Clive BUT I do remember the link to Lissadel St where the Gibbons were in 1891 - My Grandparents and my Aunty & Uncle lived there until around the 60's and we were just around the corner in Heber St.
It is very frustrating as all the old maps I have found of Pendleton & Salford seem to cut off just about in the Lissadel St area and I have yet to find one showing Heber St., although I remember where it was in relation so I can work it out !! :-(

Thank you Clive - I have been on that site before but not for several years so I will take another look.
I have had a quick look and found Lissadel St but not Heber St. which is a street off it. - There must be one with a larger scale where I can find it !!
Just waiting for grandchildren to arrive - they are here for the day so I will take a LONG look when they have gone home.
