Thank you Londonbells but this doesn't look right. Names that have been given include George (died young), Francis Henry and possibly after 1881 were Walter Arthur, Herbert and Marion so it looks like I should have suggested the 1891 census, please |

Charles' occupation on his Marriage Certificate was Sergeant this being the case and if he was still in the Army in 1881 census he and his family could be overseas......just a thought |

As again you have hit the nail on the head and Francis Henry was born in Cork but the family then returned for the later children. |
