Edit: 'I may never find Catherine snr. in Roscommon'

When was the above born and what was her birth name please?

Catherine senior - Catherine Haggart - was born in around 1833 in Roscommon, married Hugh Gallagher in 1854 in Birmingham and lived all her life in Birmingham. She would be the sister of the Patrick you and Jan have been so clever as to find.

(1861 census re. Dea's post at 11.29 on 11th April above)

I guess you'll need the marriage certificate for her father' name

Can't see a record on Ancestry for the marriage, just the registration details

I have the marriage cert, her father was Patrick Haggart, a weaver.
Even more likely that 'your' Patrick could be her brother.
