My grandfather's will has 2 people besides my grandmother named.

Date will filed 30 Jan 1938 - date probate granted 1944.

He was born 1884 - Manchester. My grandmother abt 1883 claimed London

It has named a Amelia Ann Ruscoe living in 1938 at 108 Dudley Street, Hr Broughton, Manchester. Profession Confectioner.

I am particularly interested in finding any info about Amelia because of the Confectioner profession. Grandma had a sweet shop in Middleton in the 50's but none of us can remember the address

The will is typed so the names very clear
Needs fresh eyes on this because I just can't find any BMD for Amelia

The name, place and date is way out so had to discount it.

There is a 1911 marriage for Joseph Ruscoe to Amelia A Crossley in Salford which might be the one you are looking for.
